KEY_END should be defined - but it's possible that mutt's configure script
is finding the "old" curses library.  HP has two, though afaik in HPUX 11,
the X/Open curses library is the one that you'd find.  (Getting a program
to build with curses on HPUX is usually more work than it would be to
compile ncurses on HPUX ;-)
