I disagree. The help for the view-attach command (<ENTER>) says, "view
attachment using mailcap entry if necssary." If you have an auto-view
setting for the given attachment type, it's NOT necessary. Generally,
this is what I want -- that is, Mutt should show me things it can show me
without resorting to mailcap. Sometimes, I do want to see the HTML
rendered in a heavyweight browser... and I can: by pressing 'm' to force
it to use mailcap. This is a Good Thing (tm).
