predisposed against Latin, a language-specific version of that) to the
subject line. This behavior should not be optional, IMO, despite the
fact that it is not required by the RFC. It's not the end of the
world if it's not there; but when generating mail, Mutt should
generally do what people expect, unless there's a very good reason for
it not to.
