To send an inline signed message I need to press "p s p i" instead of just
"p i". Although this might be correct I don't think that many people
would expect it when they see the following menu:
PGP (e)ncrypt, (s)ign, sign (a)s, (b)oth, (i)nline, or (c)lear?
One suggestion that was made is: (i) should probably be omitted from that
prompt if sign or encrypt has not yet been selected.
I'm not sure what the best way to deal with this bug is, if you think that
the current behaviour is sane feel free to close this ticket.
