#3286: manual.txt does not contain accented characters
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
Reporter:  vinc17  |       Owner:  pdmef
     Type:  defect  |      Status:  new
Priority:  major   |   Milestone:
Component:  doc     |     Version:  1.5.20
Keywords:          |
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
The manual.xml.head file contains:
{{{
<varlistentry>
<term>Equivalence Classes</term>
<listitem>
<para>
An equivalence class is a locale-specific name for a list of
characters that are equivalent. The name is enclosed in <quote>[=</quote>
and <quote>=]</quote>. For example, the name <quote>e</quote> might be
used to
represent all of <quote>è</quote> <quote>é</quote> and
<quote>e</quote>.  In this case,
<emphasis>[[=e=]]</emphasis> is a regexp that matches any of
<quote>è</quote>, <quote>é</quote> and <quote>e</quote>.
</para>
</listitem>
</varlistentry>
}}}
This gives in the manual.txt file:
{{{
    Equivalence Classes
           An equivalence class is a locale-specific name for a list of
           characters that are equivalent. The name is enclosed in "[="
           and "=]". For example, the name "e" might be used to represent
           all of "e" "e" and "e". In this case, [[=e=]] is a regexp that
           matches any of "e", "e" and "e".
}}}
In the last two lines, the accents have disappeared and this paragraph no
longer makes any sense.
