I guess you know the answer just as we all do. Nevertheless I've added
an explicit example for 'set my_foo=$my_bar'; the latter was already
there.

I've tried to clarified the issue and extended it a bit because the
conversion rule (type1 <-> string <-> type2) applies to all commands.
