Hmm... there's a minor problem... in browsing around an IMAP server, going to the parent folder is normally labelled "..", but after going through mutt_pretty_mailbox, it gets transformed into the parent directory of the local disk. It's easy to special-case that, of course... but is that the right thing to do?
