 Currently mutt stores headers in a hcache db only when it fetches the
 header the first time, it does not yet do any further updates. So even if
 the message renders fine for whatever reason in the pager and the index
 may get fixed up afterwards, the bad value still sits in the hcache. So it
 could be due to header caching, but it's a wild guess...

 If it's another IMAP service, a debug trace like the one attached would be
 helpful.
