It's more bloated, but you can (among other stuff):
- narrow down the coice of urls by regex or scheme
- retrieve/visit several urls at the same time
- detect urls spanning more than 1 line enclosed in < >
- hunt for messages by id
- choose choose browser by option or config
etc.
