persistently deleted thread

hi all,

i have made a small patch which allows mutt reading mailbox in threading mode 
to flag thread as "persistently" deleted, which means that any new message
comming to such a thread is automatically tagged as deleted (this persistence
has of course only duration of one mutt session:).

its quite useful for reading mailing lists etc., when you have the possibility
to let it open under screen on some server...

if you are willing to commit it into cvs i would polish the code and make
it an option. just let me know, if you find it as an acceptable extension.
