Unreproducable. Mutt 1.4.1 displays this subject "=FF =D6 ", latest
Mutt CVS displays it "=3Dxx =D6 ". Both without refresh problems.
I'd suspect either a mismatch around TERM, terminal, and terminfo,
or more probably a misconfig in locale and charset. Could you please
give us more infos about your current setup? "locale", "locale charmap",
"echo $TERM", ":set ?charset" directly in Mutt, and the like.
Bye! Alain.

Followups to bug reports are public, and should go to bug-any@xxxxxxxxxxx=
rg,
and the reporter (unless he is a member of mutt-dev). Do not CC mutt-dev =
mailing
list, the BTS does it already. Do not send to mutt-dev only, your writing=

not be tracked. Do not remove the "mutt/nnnn:" tag from subject.
