>Description:
Email containing the following string in subject (inside double quotes):
"=?iso-8859-1?Q?=xx_=D6_?="
causes mutt to not refresh the screen - If you view
the email and then quit out of it, the body of the
email remains on the screen instead of just showing
just the index screen.

The actual subject of the email I got which caused mutt
to misbehave is this (I narrowed it down to what I
listed above):

Subject:
=?iso-8859-1?Q?REMAINDER=3A_=D6racle_ERP_Will_Be_Unavailable_from_Saturda?=
        =?iso-8859-1?Q?y_16th_December=2C_6=3A00_PM_PST?=
>How-To-Repeat:
View an email with subject containing:
"=?iso-8859-1?Q?=xx_=D6_?="
>Fix:
Edit the subject so it is not same as provided above.
