No: fcc-hook is a recipient based scheme, while you have a folder
dependant scheme.

Set $copy (a quadoption defaulting to "yes").

Indeed the manual.*html* or its building process is broken. It shows
small tilde U+02DC instead of the correct normal tilde U+007E. I don't
know how to fix that.
