Doh! Yes, of course. Make always runs in the build directory of po/ so
this is superflous, right. Sorry for not getting earlier... :)
I've seen another 'chmod u+w' in the build infrastructure cleanup I'll
look into. So the only problem leaving this bug open is building in
intl/.
