After sending that mail, I ran one of the commands hg printed out at the time, which dropped any local "changes" (in quotes because I hadn't made any). Since then it's been fine - just done another pull with no problems. Not sure what happened there, but it seems to be working now. Thanks for maintaining the non-CVS trees, by the way. ;-) -- Paul
