I haven't recreated it since the announcement on the list, nor have I had any problems pulling. What exactly was the message? The new repository has multiple heads (one for each CVS branch) -- it's possible that's causing confusing messages. Or perhaps you're using an older version of hg and it has some kind of bug. I'm using 0.9 everywhere.
