    Also note that Mutt inserts $realname automatically, when it is not
explicitly stated in the "my_hdr From:". So this works as you want:

| folder-hook +ml-private       "set realname='Bjoern Jacke (private)';\
|                                my_hdr From: foo@xxxxxxxxxxx"

    But don't use "my_hdr From:" inside folder-hooks. This is better:

| folder-hook +ml-private       "set realname='Bjoern Jacke (private)'\
|                                from=foo@xxxxxxxxxxx"
