>Description:
When replying to an email, this custom line in my .muttrc controls the
formatting
set attribution="* %n <%a> [%(%d%b%y %H:%M)]:"

The day of the month (i.e., the value of %d) in this formula is incorrect in
the inserted text. It is 13 days in the future. All other fields are correct.
If I comment out this line, the default is correct. I tried several other
strftime codes, such as %e and %D, and they have the same problem.

>How-To-Repeat:
Add
set attribution="* %n <%a> [%(%d%b%y %H:%M)]:"
to .muttrc
