<write-fcc> doesn't honor fcc_clear

Hello,

I'm trying to use <write-fcc> in a macro in the compose menu to fcc to
multiple IMAP boxes (I don't see any other way to accomplish this).
However I've found what appears to be a bug in <write-fcc>: gpg
signing/encryption is *skipped* regardless of the setting of
fcc_clear.

Known bug?  Intended behavior?  If the latter, is there another method
to do multiple IMAP fcc's?
