Yes, that's what I thought. But I found it annoying. And now, I have
figured out that this behavior is indeed different than normally: I
have recently "accepted" (stored) the SSL certificate, so mutt puts me
straight to the password prompt. Now, there's indeed a cursor there.
:-) It doesn't move while I type in the password, and _that's_ the sort
of behavior I expect and accept.
So mutt's display of the certificate data, or having the user
acknowledge it, is messing up the display in two ways: kills the
password prompt cursor, and eats the index.
I may put this into a bug report, if time allows...
