The esmtp patch does not strip the Bcc: header.

I'm torn between calling this PR a documentation enhancement request ("set 
write_bcc=no if you use the patch") or an actual bug in the software; I believe 
it has more of the latter, since the behavior differs from without using the 
patch.

In any case this can be surprising if you do not know about it.
