[PATCH] cosmetic: fold references on 80 columns

Hello,

    In headers of mails recorded and sent, Mutt doesn't fold references
fields containing multiple msgids. This may mean generating very long
lines, not always convenient to read or edit.

    This patch-1.5.11.ab.fold_references_on_80_columns.2 folds msgids in
"References:" and "In-Reply-To:" fields, trying to stay inside 80
columns. More lines, but shorter. It lets long msgids exceed the 80
limit, and will never result in "empty" first line.
