My fault.
Before I uploaded the previous patch, I heard that
mutt-ng had better implementation. So I uploaded
ng version of QDBM patch, I thought. But it didn't
have VL_OCREAT flag. I don't know whether I failed
to make the patch, or whether mutt-ng had the bug.
After I uploaded the (wrong) patch, Thomas Glanzmann
posted his (right) patch to mutt-dev. I was too lazy
to re-upload the right one.
Now, here is a patch to fill the gap between the
wrong one and TG's one.
