As an end-user who has been waiting for this capability for a long time,

However, I'm probably just way too dense to get it to work. I believe
I'm pulling the latest CVS with
cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxx:/home/roessler/cvs co mutt
After the usual ./prepare && make && make install, none of these new
options appear to exist. For instance, =b asks me
