On the www <URL:http://bugs.mutt.org/> login as guest guest, then
[create] a report. Where the form asks for your email address, input it
with full name in "John Doe <em@il>" syntax. Beware of text reflowing
later: Either type kilometer lines, or stick to 60 columns. Insert an
empty line before and after description. Avoid non-Ascii characters.
Upload example file(s). [Submit].
BTW: The audit trail on the www seems to not be reflowed anymore,
needing horizontal scroll. Or is it me?
