[RFC] Kill off --with-nss?



There are a couple of outstanding bug reports to do with the NSS
implementation of SSL support. I believe this was originally written
to deal with openssl licensing problems. GNUTLS accomplishes the same
thing, and seems much more available than NSS, so I don't see a reason
to keep around the NSS support code, which is slowly drifting away
from the feature set of the other two implementations anyway. Would
anyone object if we dropped it?
