There it is sufficient to print only the last year where a change has
been made.  Given that a release is only done after non trivial
changes, this is usually the current year.

The notices in the files should list all years with a change that has
been released later - it is not the release date.  Ranges like
1961-2005 should not be used; each year must be listed separately.

The easisiest way to keep the lines up to date is editing them as soon
as you do a non trivial change in a new year.
