Whatever we do to attachment file names should probably be
consistent with what we do to folder names. Which would probably
suggest an "attach-hook" that works the same way as "save-hook".
Whatever tr-like one does would then have to be put into some %
sequence flag -- maybe combined with a configuration parameter to
specify the map proper.
Thoughts?
