can't send accents (was: problem)

    Meaningfull subject. Problem is UTF-8 accents wrongly labelled
Latin-1. For Mutt 1.4, export LC_CTYPE=fr_FR.UTF-8 to your environment,
and remove any set charset and set send_charset from your muttrc.

    Accents broken also. For 1.2.*, set charset=utf-8 and remove any set
send_charset. Better upgrade Mutt.
