Hallo,
new version available. It should shortly be ready to include it into the
mutt-cvs.


Changes:
        kick out ndbm support (gdbm is now the only supported database)

        added maildir_cache variable which default to NULL; if set global 
header cache is used

        if rw database open fails fallback to ro

        global header cache instead of per maildir header cache which becomes
        fast unhandy and is hard to track

Todo:
        include --enable-cache to configure
