Hello. The man page for muttrc could be improved a bit: I struggled
for a long time to get my From: address--as defined in my .muttrc
file--to show up on newly composed emails. Despite the entry

   set from="A. Danial <al@xxxxxxxxxx>"

new emails always had an empty From: field. Finally Michael Elkins
explained to me that "set from=" must be accompanied by "set use_from"
in order for the From: address to appear. I wish the entry from "from"
in the muttrc man page had mentioned this, it would have saved me a
lot of time. Below is my suggested patch to doc/muttrc.man to note
that "set from=" depends on "set use_from".

Curiously the man page for muttrc also says use_from by default is
true. That is not the case on my system, Debian installed by
way of Knoppix v3.3.
