Hi!

There are many reasons why one would want to generate a bodyless message:
maillist servers, testing purposes, because we can.  But mutt aborts
whenever it sees the to-be-sent message was not altered by the invoked
editor.

I hope there is some option for this among the myriad of others, that's
why I send this bugreport to the Debian BTS.

Mutt should allow user to compose a message with an empty body.  At least
in the default setup.
