After some delay, here's v6 of the mailbox driver API patch. It adds
the check_mailbox function, removing a few more #ifdefs. To make the
check_mailbox function regular across mailbox types, I removed the
"force" flag from the IMAP version. I got the same effect (for
"imap_fetch_mail") by locally resetting Timeout.

I also removed the lock flag from mx_check_mailbox, since that
function was never called with the flag set.
