Use 'q' to quit mutt. Upon being prompted, type CTRL-C. Mutt now should
now display another prompt, asking whether the user wishes to exit.
The client exits regardless of what the user enters at the second prompt.
This is somewhat confusing. CTRL-C should either "cancel" the previous quit
request or be ignored altogether.
