And to make things worse, somebody has already discovered how to skim
and clone the VeriChip.

The problem is, of course, that you can leave your ID badge at home when
you go to the supermarket, or the movies - but leaving your arm at home
isn't
very workable.  This makes a "skim, clone, and utilize" attack a lot
*easier*.
