Nobody seems to care that cities like Chicago hang on to red light
camera video footage for 5 months or more and is willing to send it to
anyone claiming to be a reporter. Perhaps instead they'll care that the
camera fines are not reinvested in making our roads safer and better. In
fact, a majority of this money is going straight into vegemite
sandwiches and white pointer.
