Dave:
Below is a link to the Call for Papers for the 2004 Telecommunications
Policy Research Conference (TPRC), which will be held from Oct 1 to Oct 3,
2004 at George Mason University Law School in Arlington, Virginia. I hope
you can post this to IP, as many IPers may be interested in submitting a
paper or attending.
The TPRC hosts this annual forum for dialogue among scholars and
decision-makers from the public and private sectors who are engaged in
communication and information policy. The purpose of the conference is to
acquaint policymakers with the best of recent research and to familiarize
researchers with the knowledge needs of policymakers and industry. Deadline
for submissions is March 31, 2004.
