stakeholders/users,

 Your story here does not in any way surprise me.  ICANN has the age old

problem of "the left had not knowing what the right had is doing"
problem..

  Isn't there a law in california that prohibits false job listings or
false
advertising of such existing jobs...  Maybe a complaint to your
California Atty. generals office would be in order...
