Re: [ga] Internet voteing expands to Canada
Stephane and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,
First off the proper links are:
http://www.icann.org/presentations/glen-ccnso-carthage-28oct03.pdf
and
http://www.icann.org/presentations/guillard-ccnso-carthage-28oct03.pdf
In addition as there was no vetting of these determinations by
the stakeholders/users, they are in no way accurate or reasonable
to the internet community as India, Canada, Ireland, Brizil, and
commercial interests have clearly made public.
Hence such may be slick politics, but bad policy...
Of course as ICANN has a now long history of
bad policy and process, this comes as no surprise...
