marketing paragraph:

http://www.canvote.ca/en/security/ shows a complete lack of clue about
the issues of computer security. It looks like a copycat of Verisign's
ridiculous description of the bunker surrounding
a.root-servers.net. Hint: what happens when CanVote itself is the
cheater?
