  I would have thought that determining such would be intuitive.  I
guess I was mistaken in such an assumption.  So, .FRCM =
France commercial, and .FRNC = France, non-commercial.
I hope that this is simple enough to extrapolate the meaning
as well as the implications...  Enough said...
