Well it looks OK to me and *shouldn't* match both addresses.  The RE
I'm using is:-

     ixion@xxxxxxxxxxxx

That will match the Cc: line:-

    Cc: 'Ixion' <ixion@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

but I don't see how it's matching the other line:-

    X-BeenThere: ixion@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
