Reference TFM, look at tagging and patterns

D                   delete matching pattern
~f=xxx@xxxxxxx      set pattern to from xxx@xxxxxxx

so you have
  :D ~f=xxx@xxxxxxx

You *really* should have a look at the mutt manual.  It is a very fine
piece of work and these actions are all presented.
