Of course! It all depends on the synchronization method you want to 
use. For example, I use mutt's alias-file, and I synchronize them over 
the internet using CVS (any revision tracker would work, including 
rsync). You could also use Unify to do it.

How are you expecting that "internet synchronization" would work?
