I delete cached but it still appears the same way. Furthermore this
misbehavior is not limited to Chinese. It also happens to author name
that containing of non-latin letters, eg
message header source / index page / pager
From: "=?ISO-8859-1?Q?Zsb=E1n_Am
=?ISO-8859-1?Q?
From: Zsbán
message header source / index page / pager
From: =?UTF-8?B?UmHDumwgTsO6w7Fleg==?= de
=?ISO-8859-1?Q?
