Underline words in the pager

Hello list,

I'm struggling with mutt to make it underline any words starting
and ending with '_'.

The only thing I can come up is:

color body red default "_+\\w+_+"

in my muttrc. But as you can see it doesn't underline the word,
it just changes its color to red.

A really cool stuff would be to remove the underscore chars
when underlining the word too.

Yes when I mean underline I mean underline ;)
