Procmail certainly could do it, even to the extent of filtering out the 
lines for servers you don't want to see.  If it were my problem, I'd 
consider using something (called by procmail) to re-sort the lines of 
those emails such that the servers I wanted to see were at the beginning 
(rather than completely discarding the other lines).

Since you seem to be using a government email address, I presume this is 
not a joke signature.  Which makes it even funnier!  Usually I get 
t-prot to strip off signatures I don't want to see, but not for this one 
because it makes me laugh at the Australian Defence Organisation, every 
time I see it!  I guess I'm easily amused.  :-)
