Yes - add the following to your .muttrc:

     autoview text/html

You may also need to add the lynx handler to your .mailcap file, but 
you may not if your system already has one in /etc/mailcap. The line 
you want in that file (~/.mailcap) is this:

     text/html; lynx -dump -force-html %s; copiousoutput;
