delete dupe messages - thanks

I just wanted to give a quick "thanks" to the Mutt developers who made
it simple to delete duplicate messages from my mailbox.  I was grateful
for this feature after YahooGroups went bezerk earlier today [1].  :-)

(press D, use ~= as the search pattern, press $ to save)
