./configure --prefix=$HOME/tmpmutt --enable-imap

I get:

cat instdoc.sh > instdoc
/bin/sh: instdoc: Brak dostępu

I suspect it's trying to access /usr/local/doc but it should go to
/home/gawron/tmpmutt (since the user name is gawron).
